7-day satisfaction guarantee
Every PrepPilot purchase is covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If PrepPilot doesn't fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within this period — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email amplopagamento@gmail.com from the address used on purchase.
- Include the order number or payment confirmation.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
After the 7-day period
After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code).
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior periods.
