This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA regarding your use of the PrepPilot software.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PrepPilot for your own meal-planning purposes.
2. Restrictions
- No copying, redistribution, or resale of the platform.
- No decompilation, reverse engineering, or derivative works.
- No removal of copyright or trademark notices.
3. Ownership
PrepPilot and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA.
4. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the platform.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
